I purchased a GeForce 1080 gpu from CDW's website, signed up and everything appeared to be fine. I got a receipt stating that I'd have standard 1-2 day ground delivery, which was alright with me.
No further information was sent to me. CDW not only disabled my account, they canceled the sale of that GPU to me and refused, actively REFUSED to deal with this over the phone, in chat or by email. Sales wanted to transfer me to the website support department. They wanted to transfer me to sales.
Nobody wanted to do their job today. Hope that call center burns down with everyone in it.
