ordered a fax cartridge, charged to company credit card. they never ship it after waiting 2 weeks, I called them they said there was an issue with the credit charge so they couldnt ship it.
Should not have been a problem, its a company credit card and we make half a billion dollars a year, we use the card all the time and dont have issues ever. They apologized and said they would push it through the system and it would arrive 2-3 days later, never came. I called customer service they said the same exact thing as the first time...long story short after a month and half they still didnt ship it. If you're having credit card issues, which you're not, why not send the customer and email and tell them their order was on hold?
Currently, on the phone again with them on hold for 20 minutes.
If i could get this rare ctg anywhere else i would, but the machine is discontinued.
Get your stuff together CDW, you're terrible.
