I ordered a server to be delivered with all parts installed, excluding loading the OS. instead we received the parts one day and the case two days later. On top of that, the sales person left out a key component to set up the raid configuration. Only found this out after dealing with support for 2 hours trying to configure the raid.
Then the tech told the sales person what to order and he in turn sent an email stating it would be sent out overnight. Next morning, no part, sales person would not take our call or respond to emails. the following day, no one at CDW could tell us if the part shipped, again sales person would not take our calls or respond to emails.
End of that day, finally someone said the part is in shipping and gave a tracking number. When we put in the tracking number the site said "Label ready" waiting for pick up.
Now we are 3 weeks behind on delivering a server to a client. This was at most meant to take a week from order to installation.
The incompetence is ASTOUNDING!
